Social housing in Guatemala is one of the most needed infrastructure projects to be developed, with a large amount of housing deficit, both quantitatively and qualitatively. We seek to develop 500 houses in the department of Escuintla, Guatemala; with a minimum ticket of $30,000 per token we will impact not only the families living in the development, but the local economy at bringing job to the community.
